The conflict State-Mapuche in Chile

Background:

This conflict is a historic indebted that have beginning in the XVI century with the Europe colonization, therefore the Mapuche community there is a constantly conflict with the Chilean State. This conflict we understand in the exclusion in the politics publics and the appropriation and exploitation of the territories where they live.  This difficult be making visible in the creation of the law 18.314 named counter-terrorism with the objective punish behavior or terrorism crime. The law is promulgating in 1984 poor the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. We see as this law himself endures in this country.   

Problem:

The Chilean State has perpetuate the repression of the mapuche community in the large of history, generate exclusion in his human rights in the Chilean legislation and the politic space is minor. We look the criminalization and repression dynamic the community has live historic, this discrimination is systematic base on the counter-terrorism law.    

Proposed solution:

We write humbly possible solution of this conflict State-Mapuche, firstly is fundamental the work of well-being of the complete population integrated at the community, because this nation has a different world view. Is important that the State look out for the protection of the culture. I’m think the creations a mapuche nation in the Chilean territory generate validate of this community and the important historic dispute against the colonization.
